Camp Erin envisions a world where NO child grieves alone. CAMPassion envisions a Canada where NO child grieves alone.
We are working with partners and people across Canada to empower communities to support grieving children well.
The CAMPassion Grow in Grief Camp Fund has been established to raise funds to support grief camps for children and youth who have experienced the death of one or more significant people in their lives.

The Canadian Alliance for Children’s Grief is working collectively to scale and build a national network of grief camps for the 1 in 14 children who will experience the death of a parent or sibling before they are 18, the reality for over 750,000 children in Canada. Grief Camps move young people living with grief out of isolation into community, transforming lives through compassion, connection and hope.

The CAMPassion – Grow in Grief Funds priorities are to raise the funds to:
1. Continue Camp Erin Toronto, the first grief camp in Ontario, operating since 2009. Each year Camp Erin Toronto runs a family and overnight camp serving over 200 families with the support of over 125 volunteers
2. Scale and build a national grief camp strategy that will allow more grief camps, in more communities providing well informed, compassionate support to more young people.
